This website is run by Impowered Design, a trading name of Gary Anderson, a web design and SEO business working with clients all over the UK. What we collect
If you use our contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address, service of interest and message you type in. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the service you ask about. The form is sent to us by email and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies through this website. Our host and the services below may record standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads a page.
Third-party services
To display the site we load fonts from Google Fonts and some images and video through a content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront). These providers receive your IP address when your browser requests those files. Links to client websites in our portfolio take you to sites with their own policies.
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and our normal business records, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email gary@impowered-design.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
